programme, the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) has restructured
its training curriculum to a new initial and recurrent format for operators, auditors, and programme
support affiliates.

The submission period for the two spring awards is ending on 15 April 2023. Applicants can apply at the Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) website with a membership login. Two more IS-BAO and IS-BAH workshop scholarships will also be offered by WCA in the fall with application details to follow on their website.

The former Chief Executive Officer for the Australia Business Aviation Association for nearly 20 years, David spent a lifetime in aviation and touched many lives with his kindness, sense of humor, and knowledge of the industry.

The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) has appointed industry veteran Leo Knaapen as Head of the IBAC Industry Partner Programme. Leo joined IBAC following his retirement from Bombardier in December 2022, where he was Chief of Industry Affairs.
